Personal data is collected on our website pages (such as name, email address, phone number and etc...), this is mostly carried out as far as possible on a voluntary basis. Basically you can use most of the website and gather information, without submitting your personal data. These data are not disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent.

Part of our job is to help our clients execute their real estate transaction, from sourcing them the real estate properties in Berlin, Frankfurt or other cities in Germany, fix them up with German Real Estate Lawyers, Public German Notaries, German Banks and etc.

Third parties might be other agencies we partner with, German Real Estate Developers who offer new residential and commercial real estate developments(Link to new developments) with ProperT GmbH, Real Estate Lawyers, financial advisors (mortgage brokers) and others, who we will intro you with, once you agree too. For instance; once you decide to reserve an apartment you wish to consider buying, we will need to communicate the buyer details to the public notary, to draft the purchase contract, for your legal due diligence.

Real Estate developments in Berlin, Frankfurt or other German cities, which are promoted exclusively by one of our partners, such as JLL, we might have to register your details for the partner to grant us the client protection.

We should point out that data on the Internet may involve security breaches. Complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.

The use of contact data published under the legal notice obligation by third parties to transmit advertising and information not expressly requested by us is hereby expressly prohibited. The operators of these pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event that unsolicited advertising is transmitted, such as spam emails.

Use of cookies

2. Arranging appointments / enquiries by email
