Terms

• ProperT GmbH is neither obliged nor entitled to deliver any legal or tax-related advise;
  
• ProperT GmbH, as the property manager, shall use an account for the rent and the operating costs at the cost of the owner. The property manager shall be responsible for selecting the bank institute at which the account shall be opened.
  
• Our right of termination: as ProperT GmbH is subject to the banks termination policies, which may terminate the entire business relationship or individual business relationships for which neither a term nor a different termination provision has been agreed at any time subject to a reasonable period of notice. Based on that, we have the right to terminate the entire business relationship with you at any time.
• ProperT GmbH charges a commission of up to 5.95%, plus VAT, of the purchase price. The buyer pays the commission to ProperT GmbH. The commission is payable by the buyer after the notarization of the purchase contract within two weeks after receiving the invoice, ProperT might charge the seller as well. The commission shall also be earned and payable in the event that the sale comes about with a different party with whom the Client has a lose personal relationship or close economic or business ties.
