THE HAUS project is a sculptural address which combines the best aspects of its location by means of its striking, two storey-high oriels that look out towards Tauentzien and Zoo. A building which offers places of retreat on terraces and in loggias in the middle of the city.

The oriel is a classic architectural design element. THE HAUS reinterprets it for the 21st century, providing superb views with the fitting perspectives. The THE HAUS project in Berlin Schöneberg between Berlin Zoo and Tauentzienstrasse is to be an unmistakable residential complex consisting of a nine-storey apartment building. The project consists of a total of 65 apartments. There will also be two commercial units on the ground floor.
